Bundled Loan Title Insurance for Purchases
When a loan policy is issued as a part of a resale transaction, whether or not issued concurrently with an Owners title insurance policy on the same estate in land issued at full value, lenders who desire the efficiencies of a bundled product including specified endorsements, extended coverage, tax certificate or tax status letter at an all-inclusive rate, may request this rate. Endorsements included with this rate are the 100, 100.30, 110.7 (ALTA 6-06), 110.8 (ALTA 6.2-06), ALTA 4.1-06, ALTA 5.1-06, 116IMP, 140.1 (ALTA 8.1-06), ALTA 9-06. Only the ALTA Short Form Residential Loan Policy or the 1992 or 2006 ALTA Loan Policy may be issued for this program.
Bundled Loan Title Insurance for Refinance
The Bundled Loan Charge applies only to: ALTA Loan Policy and ALTA Short Form Residential loan Policy. The charge includes the following applicable endorsements including a Tax Certificate or statutory equivalent: Deletion of Standard Exceptions 1-4 (where no mechanic's lien risk is present) Deletion of Standard Exceptions 1-3 (where no mechanic's lien risk is present), ALTA 9 or 9.3/ 100 Restrictions, ALTA 8.1, ALTA 4.1/ 115.3 Condo or ALTA 5.1/ 115.4 PUD, ALTA 4/115.1 Condo or ALTA 5/115.2 PUD, ALTA 22/ 116, Form 100.30 and any one of the following optional endorsements: 110.7 or 110.8 all other endorsements shall be charged at the applicable charge.
