Ashley has been in the industry for 20+ years. She worked in escrow for 15+ years, and now is focused on gaining momentum with the business side and bring Legacy Title to the forefront!

Leigh Ann Garner
Leigh Ann joined the Legacy Title Group in August 2020, as our HR Manager. Leigh Ann is involved in making sure that the day to day functions of each office and team are in working order. When away from the office, Leigh Ann enjoys all the outdoor activities that our great state of Colorado has to offer, from mountain biking, paddle boarding, and hiking with her family.

Macie joined our team in 2019 as a retired Real Estate Broker and Transaction Coordinator. After excelling as our Post Closing Director, Macie currently assists our President in making sure all employee needs are met as well as tying up any “loose ends” on the Escrow side of Legacy. She has an infectious sense of humor that will have you in stitches!

Karla Bell
Karla Bell is a native of Colorado Springs, and has been in the Title Industry since 1992.
She Joined The Legacy Title team in 2009 and became a Title Examiner in 2011. Outside of the office, she is happiest spending time with her daughter, family and friends, she enjoys cooking, hiking and shopping.

Kimberly joined our team in 2021 as our receptionist. She recently started a transition to April's team to assist with marketing. In her free time she enjoys baking, photography, and spending time with family and friends.

Dianna has been with Legacy Title since 2019! She handles all the Processing for Stefania and Grace’s teams at our South office.

Aria has been with the company since the summer of 2021. As an escrow processor, she handles all of the incoming and outgoing wires. When Aria isn't working she enjoys making memories with her family and spending time outside.

Ellie has been with us since October of 2020. She is stationed at the South office as she is not only the assistant but also the resilient sidekick for Stefania. Ellie is an extremely hard and quick worker. She is a breath of fresh air to any room with her witty "dad" jokes that will always put a smile on your face!

Grace Holden
Grace Holden is an Escrow Officer at the Garden of the Gods location. While she has a growing list of amazing clients, she also provides assistance to all the other closing teams, whether that means cranking out figures or jumping into closings. She has been with the company since April 2021 and is loving all the excitement. She serves her clients with excellent communication and an eagerness to please.

Courtney joined Legacy Title Group in June 2021 as our receptionist. She transitioned to Post Closing and Escrow Administrator and is now Escrow Assistant on Kat's team.

Kat joined Legacy in May 2022 with 6 years of experience as a Banker, Loan Operations Specialist and Loan Officer. She uses her familiarity of the lending and real estate industries to provide exceptional service to her clients and make closings quick and easy.
